On February 4, 2022, Live Ventures Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on Thursday, February 10, 2022, it will release the financial results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2021. The Company plans to host a teleconference on February 10, 2022, at 2:00 pm Pacific Time (5:00 pm Eastern Time) to discuss these results.
