On December 17, 2007, LiveDeal, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year that ended on September 30, 2007.  A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Form 8-K”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
