LiveDeal Anticipates Increased Profit Margins

Subsidiary, Modern Everyday Inc., to Commence Manufacturing of High-Demand Products

LAS VEGAS, March 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - LiveDeal Inc. (NASDAQ:LIVE) ("LiveDeal" or the "Company"), a publicly traded company that operates, a geo-location based mobile marketing platform that enables restaurants to publish "real-time" and "instant offers" to nearby consumers, today announces a new initiative expected to significantly increase the company's profit margins, in many cases, up to 80 percent.  The company's subsidiary, Modern Everyday Inc., will begin to manufacture some of its more high-demand products.

Based on the proprietary software developed by Modern Everyday, the company has identified increased demand for several of its products and has decided to begin manufacturing them directly instead of purchasing them from third party suppliers, which typically cost much more.  The company expects this will have positive impact on revenues as well, as it is anticipated that it will increase availability of these high-demand items.
